Th1s Bed & Breakfast, owned and operated by Marc and Maggie Laynes, was specifically built as a Bed and Breakfast and opened in 2005 to offer privacy and comfort in a unique outdoor setting for our fishing guests and visitors. Our Bed & Breakfast is located on Chilliwack Mountain, less than 15 minutes scenic drive from the center of downtown Chilliwack. We are in the midst of 30 wooded acres with fantastic westerly views of the Fraser River, the valley floor and the Coastal mountains. With our private location, there is peace and quiet without interference from noisy subdivisions, sawmills, railroad tracks or busy highways. It is an ideal place to quietly spend time reflecting on the day's events of your holiday. Many of our guests have enjoyed their evenings watching the sunsets while listening to the birds, watching the blacktail deer or having a laugh at the antics of the chipmunks and squirrels from the covered patio.
Our Bed and Breakfast is 1300 square feet, all dedicated to our guests, their privacy, comfort and is accessed by a private entrance. The accommodation has two guest bedrooms, each with their own 3 piece ensuite bathroom.
 Each room can sleep three anglers on new, firm double and twin beds with fine linens and non-allergenic duvets and pillows. The Bed and Breakfast also has a full living room with satellite TV, DVD and video, and a quiet sitting area which can quickly convert to another comfortable and private sleeping area if required. The walls throughout the main areas hang photos of recent anglers and their successful outings for sturgeon, salmon and steelhead. Adjacent to the living room is a full kitchen - guests are free to use the fridge, microwave and barbeque. Early and late season fishing can sometimes mean damp and cooler weather however the efficient gas fireplace in the living room will help warm you up.
Chilliwack Mountain Bed & Breakfast offers a full breakfast every morning to get you started on your day . Maggie varies the menu daily and will serve the standard "Angler's Breakfast" of bacon or sausage, eggs, homemade hashbrowns and toast. The variety of breakfast meals consists of Maggie's own homemade Belgian waffles with fresh fruit toppings, pancakes and her own unique French toast filled with fruit. Morning beverages include a variety of juices, tea, coffee and hot chocolate. In addition to breakfast, we provide you with a box lunch, served buffet style where all the ingredients of your choice are available for you to pack your own lunch to suit your tastes and appetite!
We provide you with a roomy and handy cooler bag and ice pack to keep your lunches fresh and your drinks cold, and you are more than welcome to take a thermos of coffee or tea with you on the boat or for your sightseeing travels.
Should you wish to drive to town for supper in the evenings, you will find the drive to be less than 15 minutes by country roads.
 Only two turns will get you to 5 of the top Chilliwack restaurants that serve up everything from perfectly grilled T-bone steaks to fresh Cantonese style sea-food. There are also many other attractions within short driving distances that are of interest and can be taken in during an evening.
When driving here, you will be pleased to know we are easily found less than 10 minutes from exit 116 on the TransCanada highway at Chilliwack, BC.

- Single Occupancy - $109/night
- Double Occupancy - $129/night

- Prices do not include 7% GST.
